Who is eligible to join HOSA?

HOSA, which stands for Health Occupations Students of America, is specifically designed for students who are enrolled in health science programs. This organization aims to enhance the academic and professional development of these students by providing opportunities for leadership, skill development, and networking in the healthcare field.

Students involved in HOSA typically engage in activities and competitions that are directly related to health science, making option A the most accurate choice. In contrast, the other options do not reflect HOSA's core mission. While healthcare professionals are key figures in the field, they are not the focus of HOSA membership. Additionally, students in any academic program, or only high school graduates, do not meet the specific eligibility criteria that HOSA requires to foster a community strictly centered around health sciences. Therefore, eligibility is primarily confined to those actively participating in health science education.
